1. Ready-to-Ship Orders (Premade Items)
Orders containing premade / ready-to-ship items will be processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after the order is placed.
Shipping times after dispatch depend on the carrier and destination.
2. Pre-Order Shipping Timeline
Divine Mercy pre-orders are produced or sourced after your order is placed. Customers should expect pre-orders to ship within 6–8 weeks from the purchase date.
Please note that this timeframe may vary slightly depending on production schedules and demand.
3. Delivery Expectations
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Divine Mercy is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping method. Any duties, taxes, or customs fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. Divine Mercy is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the rare event that your shipment is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
