Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To submit a damage claim, email us at divinemercynyc@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damage or defect

  • Images of the shipping box/package, if applicable

Claims submitted after 48 hours or without proper proof may be denied.


Review & Outcome

Once your claim is received, our team will review it.
If approved, we may issue:

  • A replacement item, or

  • Store credit

This decision is made at our discretion.
We reserve the right to refuse any claim that:

  • Does not meet our criteria

  • Appears fraudulent or altered

  • Shows damage caused by customer misuse, wear, or handling
